How To Submit
To improve the outreach of UT Dallas-affiliated organizations and departments, students are invited to submit advertisements for Student Affairs-managed digital signage monitors.
Please complete the digital signage request form.
The following information is required to complete the digital signage request form.
- Personal/Organization name.
- Start and end date you wish the advertisement to run
(please note the 14-day maximum below). - Properly formatted advertisement file.
- JPG/PNG – 1920x1080 (landscape), RGB, 72 dpi
- If needed: Download a blank starter image (png) for digital signage.
- Valid UTD email address.
Who Can Submit
- Students, student organizations.
- UT Dallas offices and departments.
- Student Affairs staff must submit requests through JIRA.
Must use a UTD email address.
Additional Information
- Students and student organizations will only have one advertisement running at a time.
- Advertisements will only run for a maximum of 14-days unless special approval is given.
- Requests may take up to 5 business days to be processed.
- Any advertisements in violation of UTD brand standards will be rejected.
